    What is Medwik?

    Medwik is an Online Pharmacy Platform that enables you to order your medicines by uploading your prescription on Medwik.in website or by sending it directly on the given WhatsApp number. Medwik’s team of experienced pharmacists review your order and procure the medicines for you after which your order is packed and sent to be delivered at your doorstep.

    Is Medwik a pharmacy?

    No, Medwik is an online platform that connects you to our pharmacies or other registered vendors. But Medwik has a team of its own Pharmacists who supervise the whole process of procuring and delivering the medicines.

    How to place an order on Medwik.in?

    We have come up with a very simple and convenient process by which you can place your order. Please follow the steps given below:

    • 1. Enter Pincode
    • 2. Upload the prescription else provide details for other wellness products you want
    • 3. Provide your contact details
    • 4. Place an order

    How is my order processed at Medwik.in?

    After we receive your order, a customer care executive will call you for order confirmation. The order will then be processed by one of our registered pharmacists, who will review the order and work with the delivery executives to procure your order. After procuring, the order is carefully packed and sent out for delivery.

    Is it possible to track orders?

    Yes, you can track order status through our Track Order option and you will receive constant updates via SMS on your registered phone number that is provided at the time of placing the order. To enquire about the current status of the order, you may also contact customer care at 1800 123 2428.

    What do I do if some medicines are missing from my delivered package?

    At the time of the delivery, you will be asked to verify the contents of the order and confirm if the products match your order requirements. Should an unlikely situation ever arise where a product is missing from the order, we request you to immediately notify the delivery person right away or call customer care to resolve the issue.

    How long will Medwik.in take to deliver my order?

    The orders will be delivered as per the scheduled time communicated at the time of acceptance and confirmation of the order. Usually, the delivery time ranges between 2-24 hours. All deliveries are subject to availability of stock and submission of valid original prescription.

    What if I need to change my delivery time?

    You can reschedule the order delivery by contacting customer care at 1800 123 2428.

    What happens if I am not available at the delivery address?

    If you are not present during the time of your order delivery, the delivery team will call you on the phone number provided at the time of placing the order and schedule a new time and date should the need arise.

    How can I pay for my order?

    The total bill amount shall be intimated to you via SMS once your order is complete.
    Two options are available for payment: COD or by using E-wallet.
    Payment is done by paying cash, swiping a debit/credit card or paying through e-wallet at the time of delivery.

    Is there any delivery charge for orders?

    You will be charged a nominal fee of INR 50 (including applicable taxes) for orders with the total value less than INR 100. An invoice will be provided to you detailing the same. Delivery charges are not refundable in case of return of all or any part of your ordered products.

    Can I cancel the order? If yes then when and how?

    Yes, you can cancel your order. To cancel the order, you can call our customer care at 1800 123 2428.

    How can I return medicines?

    Call our customer care at 1800 123 2428 and provide your order ID.

    Can I return any medicine?

    Medwik allows the customers to return the medicines within 7 days of purchase.
    Medicines which have been opened, partially used or disfigured are not eligible for returns. Also, Medicines which need refrigeration cannot be returned once delivered. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery.

    How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

    Refund amount will be adjusted against next orders, after the returned medicines have been received at our store.

  • Medwik Cash
    What is MedwikCash?

    MedWikCash is earned on Registration and every order you place. This cash can be used for your subsequent orders.

    Terms and Conditions for Use:

    1. 100% Cashback on your first order after sign up is valid till end of April
    2. Medwikcash can be used to pay 10% of the Net Bill amount after applying all the discounts.
    3. 100% cashback is applicable on the bill value after applying all the discounts.
    4. Maximum MedwikCash that is credited to your wallet is 1500 for any order.
    5. If MedwikCash is used for placing the order, 100% Cashback is applicable on the amount that is left after applying MedwikCash.
    6. These offers are not applicable for guest users who decide to place order without signing-up.
    7. 1% MedwikCash is credited for each order except:
    - On your first order.
    - Orders on which medwikcash is used for purchase.
    8. Medwik.in reserves the right to change these terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
